Movement, mortgage is no good. They had my my mom sign away her house to my nephew's. And she didn't even understand what she was doing, and they are predatory. Loaning is what they're doing, so, be careful if your elderly and you should have somebody else with you because they'll have you signing papers. You don't even understand how do my mother and I'm dealing with this issue right now. And getting nowhere, they don't seem to want to help or resolve anything. It's sad how these Companies prey on older people
