I’m sure attorney Gibbs is good, but the communication between staff and client isn’t. After you pay, you will have to constantly follow up for updates, leave countless voicemails and emails. Really frustrating to work with and they don’t seem to have clear information from Attorney Gibbs directly.
I’ll preface by saying that we weren’t able to get an appointment. We contacted this office with an urgent tenant issue and explained to the assistance that we needed to speak to an attorney about next steps, acknowledging that eviction may not be possible immediately but there were many other issues we were having that required urgent assistance and the situation was likely heading to an eviction. These guys are fast and well versed in the courtroom. I have spent the last 19 years going to court on behalf of my property owners and finally decided to let the pros handle it.
