I am very pleased with the help that I received today by Rey. He was very knowledgeable and was able to put all my concerns at ease regarding landlord-tenant laws in North Carolina. I would definitely continue to use them for all my legal needs.
Don’t fall for the trap. They dont update you on your case information. Nor do they do their best to explain the process. They steal your money and keep you in the dark. You call to speak to someone they never answer nor do they respond to text messages.
Absolute worse business I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. George was very responsive via email up to the point they got payment. After that the whole team completley dissapeared. They never responded when they said they would. The refused to send any case documents or anything I requested. I called and called and called and never once, not a single time was ever able to speak to the attourney. Even when I tried to schedule a talk George always missed it.
