I recently purchased a large wardrobe, bedside chests and large drawer set. I’m incredibly pleased with the service provided and the ease in which the furniture was delivered and then assembled! Nothing was a problem to the chaps delivering as we have particularly tricky staircase! In store service was a nice experience with a very bright and cheerful salesman! Would very much recommend to friends and family!
PATHETIC!! Been into the store on 3 occasions looking to buy carpets and no one is interested in serving you! Funny how other people came in after us and you managed to serve them.. Happily spent my £11,500 on a full house of carpet elsewhere. If you want non existant service then go see them otherwise stay away from these useless company. Not sure why you even still there??
Bought a wardrobe about a year ago. Really happy with the price and quality. Hoping to buy another now for the baby room. I'm expecting the experience will be as good as the last. Update: unfortunately these wardrobes were not built to last
Disgusting customer service after fault found 1 hour after sofa delivery 14 months of beating them now going to court AVOID!
