Management is the reason this place is so awful. It would be great if the board of directors would do their job and get rid of the executive director and actually try to set this place on the course of a new direction. The staff treats people awful. They closed the store that the reside is could buy from for nonreason other than they are awful at business. People here are rude for no reason and have this pretentious auto about them like they are better than everyone else... I hate to break it to you.. but you're here to take... read more
This place goes out of its way to hide how awful they are. They are constantly trying to have reviews deleted as I have seen many 1 star reviews go missing as I have looked kn here a lot. I had to.come on here and tell my own story from experience. My grandfather is a veteran who lives here, and we have seen him multiple times where he could be seen in distress when we came to visit. Awful... This place pretends to take care of people. Upper management has no idea to do their job, and they don't care when they do anything. They don't pay their bills on time. I had such a bad experience working with these guys over a year and a half, I made a formal complaint to the HEU, which also didn't bother to respond. My stepfather has only been there for a few months and already his brand-new things he got for Christmas are missing,and the staff have done nothing about it, also for the first few weeks my mother showed up to see him and he needed to be cleaned up, "soild" and today when she went to visit after lunch his wheelchair was pushed up close to the table and he was covered in soup, and when she asked a cairaid for assistance she was told that it happened before she got there, NOW,to ad the best part all the cairaids were texting ... read more
I usually wouldn't rate something that I haven't been to although I kind of felt compelled after having a run-in with one of the staff today. This has not been the first time and I doubt it will be the last I've had three confrontations with these staff members over the last 7 years.
