I’m surprised to see a 4.4 rating, given my experience at this center. To be fair, not everyone here is the problem -- some staff are genuinely kind and helpful. But overall, I’ve consistently had to fight for basic access to care I need and am entitled to. The biggest issue is severe disorganization.
