To speak to someone yesterday, then drive 20 miles to find a message on the window, "Shut for Training " was, to say the least, really annoying, tedious, badly managed, rude!!!!!!
Needed a new mower, had two Stihl models in mind, phoned them to be told they had them in stock. Visited this morning, staff very pleasant and helpful, showed me the models and I came away with a very nice new mower. Note they have a car park to the left of the shop, I parked on the road but at least I know it is there for next time :-)
Sat staff closing five minutes early and refusing to serve a regular customer. Great pity. The store has good equipment.
