My husband and I had credit card debt. Instead of referring us to a Debt Management company, Atty Tzepos gave us two options, file for bankruptcy or take out another mortgage on our house. We didn’t know any better, but we now have a 30 year mortgage on a house that was completely paid for. We’ll never be able to retire now. We had put our trust in Atty Tzepos. He should have told us about companies that handle debt. We could have been making monthly payments to pay off our credit cards. Instead, we have a 30 year mortgage.
