Ever since I started working for George Brooker House, I have had the feeling that I am part of a team like a family. Even now after 8 months, the workplace remains a place where I feel happy, safe and understood. Through the experience and professionalism of the managers, the house is a place where people are respected, understood, accepted and helped. A fantastic team of staff and carers who work day and night to provide the best service and who are proud to say that I am part of it. Thank you.
Disgusting professionalism from the manager and deputy manager! My Mrs started work here and it was all good at first for the few months she was there. She had a day shift booked yet when she turnt up for work her shift had already been cancelled (without any notice). Then she was cornered for a disciplinary (without the accustomed 24-hour notice that a disciplinary was to take place) on her own without any advice that she was allowed a witness or time to take any advice for the disciplinary.
