Worst customer service EVER. Guy who answers phone is rude for no reason, and acts bothered and put out if a question is asked. He hung up on me and when I called back and asked why, he said he was busy. I asked for a map and he said only laminated map was available. Then shouted " do you want it, yes or no" . I told him I would never order from him as he was totally unprofessional. Rude beyond belief. Someone should take him off the phone as no business can possibly survive with him around.
