The case development required extensive client advocacy to move forward because the firm tends to wait for external stimuli before taking action. This is a firm with an inconsistent communication cadence. Paralegal email & phone communication was especially noteworthy requiring multiple follow-ups to get a response for the same issue. Based on my single case, I would not recommend the Law offices of Geoffrey D Mueller.
Mr. Robert Glaser explains everything, helpful and takes his time. Highly recommend him for estate work. Very knowledgeable. He gets 10 stars.

On his website Mr.. Mueller professes to protect his client without unnecessary protracted litigation or undue expense. He also promises prompt, respectful responses. My experience was the exact opposite. He often took weeks to respond to e mails or calls. Twice he did not call for prescheduled telephone conferences. He offered no apologies.
