VERY dissatisfied with the level of communication, in particular, listening skills and supplying what I asked for. I used Joe for the purchase and sale of properties-never again!! Things got to the point where I had to walk out of his office as I was sooo frustrated with his inability to hear or see what I wanted. Even worse was his speaking down to me.
