Geoff did an amazing job with a tight timeline where other mortgage brokers said I didn’t qualify or gave me worse terms. Two mortgage brokers gave me preapproval for a home purchase and we had an offer accepted with a 30 day escrow. Geoff was very accommodating, and patient with all the questions my wife and I had. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He also ran numbers for us often and kept us up to date on options, rates and everything to do with the loan.
