The store was airy and fun. A large quantity of rough stone was available for those with lapidary access - but there were quite a number of finished and polished specimens as well. Staff was friendly and the store seemed well visited. The specimens were nice quality - many of them though commonplace, others were not - they did have several unique finds (like a few specimens from Poland and the sale of a private collection with unique pieces that had been collected over a number of years). A great selection with very reasonable prices. It's definitely worth the drive. The whole family had a great time.
We love Geoscape and refer people to it all the time! Huge selection -excellent specimens of raw crystals. The guys even go rock hounding to hand gather beautiful rocks during the winter months - as they are hand picked you know the rocks are good. Highly recommended stop on a day out in SW MI!!
