GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE! We just used Gent's for the Tuxedos for our wedding in Pensacola. The people and the service there was wonderful! They made every guy in the wedding party TRY ON their Tuxedos before we left the store. One of the out of town guest had been measured badly by another tux shop and they were able to fix the problem right on the spot! These people were professionals. Worst tuxedo place in customer service I have ever been to!! I was unable to return my suit but my friends returned it for me and I made sure everything was in the bag I gave my friend. My friends told me that when they were returning the suits the workers were in really bad moods and seemed to be trying to find something wrong. They decided my tie was missing. My fiancee' and I live in Atlanta but our wedding was in my home town of Pensacola. After our first visit to Gent's, we knew that this was where we wanted to do business. Richard and his staff were so helpful. Because most of the groomsmen were comming in from out of town we were worried about the tuxedos not fitting properly. Richard showed us that Gent's carries in-stock inventory and they do the alterations right in the store for any last minute fittings or changes.
