The two employees are cool but the listening skills are lacking two stars for now well see if it changes
I have a loan with this company and my payment was due yesterday. A rep called me (at my job) to ask about my payment. I told her that I mailed it and she told me that this company is not a payday loan so they don't base their payments off of my paydays. The problem I have is they have never had a problem with me making my payments as I ALWAYS MAIL THEM!!! They don't have to come looking for me or call my references to get in contact with me. Wonderful employees and always willing to work with me on my payments. Out of everybody that has worked there the 3 women that are there now have been the best so far.
