I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service experience I had with this finance company was unacceptable. One thing they do well is calling to remind you when your payment is due, which I initially appreciated. Had a problem caused by my bank. Bank took a week ro fix. Gentry would not wirk with me at all. No grace period to alliw a mistake correction. They start calling your work and references imneduately. Fi d a better option when you need emerhency lending!
