I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. i had a disagreement with my balance and the lady i was talking to got instantly defensive and started yelling at me. I am a grown woman and will not be yelled at by another adult. i will be sure to tell everyone i know what a horrible place of (lack of) business Genry is!!!!
