WOW, it sounds like ALL of Banner Banks are HORRIBLE!! GLAD to see I am not the only one out there with a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL experience!! I hope this place closes down soon! It's NOT worth your business, NOT worth your time and NOT worth a positive review!! STAY AWAY, AVOID this place!! Why are the tellers so rude there?!?! Don't they know how to treat customers? What is wrong with those "people?"
I was driving through town and someone suggested I go to this bank for a quick non banking customer transaction. Well, I was SHOCKED! The service was HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT WORTH ANOTHER VISIT!! THE TELLER LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS A SKINHEAD!! REMINDS ME OF IDAHO IN A BAD WAY!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 stars!!!!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!! THE TELLERS IGNORE YOU AND THEN ROLL THEIR EYES AND ASK "YEAH?" Nope, no professional greeting, no "Hello. How are you today?" No...not at this branch! Rude and tacky!
THE DRIVE THRU TELLER OF THIS BANK IS RUDE, RUDE AND VERY RUDE!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TACKY. When I called to complain about her, I was hung up on. Apparently at Banner Bank, they don't like to hear complains. Maybe they receive too many of them to keep track!
After 2 weeks of getting the run-around got turned down. Why? Because I didn't currently have any accounts with them. I requested an SBA Patriot Express Business Loan for Veterans - l was told that I would be better off with Banner Bank's "Quick Step Loan" because of "The SBA department's reconfiguring and staff turnover." They did not tell me that was their Sba Loan Department within Banner Bank had basically been done away with and they were no longer doing that type of loan.
