My mom goes in every month to cash her social security check.She does not have a account with this bank because she's 76 and set in her ways. However she's banks with this particular bank because it's close to her.She can't get around she's handicapped and someone usually goes,in the branch to cash her check with her. I love this Bank and am glad they are opening more branches. The people are so friendly and helpful. This is the only bank I recommend to people.
At the place I recieved the worst service in my life, I travel a lot so I know what to expect from my bank. It's never been any hassle for any, the bank teller never tell me no. Well Joy Middelton did, she's told me it wasn't possible to transfer any money from my account to another account when both account are banner bank! Whattt? She seriously just didn't want to help me
Bill, from Cda's Gentry Finance office, flipped me and my 7 yr old son off,as we walked to our car after taikondo practice. He stormed into the TKD office, during practice to angerily tell people to not park in front of his office. The strip mall parking lot has plenty of parking, and is unassigned. Don't bank here! Horrible customer service. The branch manager looks at you like she doesn't understand English. Banner Bank is the WORST mistake you will ever make!
I am from Spokane. I recently moved to the Yakima area. I had a Banner Bank account and I have now closed it because this branch has really RUDE tellers. They roll their eyes at you and NEVER greet you when you approach them for a transaction. When I first showed my ID, one teller had to call her manager because she thought my ID was a fake! GO somewhere else! Don't open an account with BANNER!! They DO NOT appreciate you as a customer and WILL insult and disrespect you!
I had a similar situation there. Why is this bank still standing? I hope the branch fails soon. There is NOTHING worth praising this bank about. There are no compliments and no positive experiences. Unfortunately, I have been to 2 branches in yakima and both are terrible when it comes to customer care. The tellers stare at you as if you are bothering them and then they throw the money down when you cash your check there. It's like a bunch of dried up gorillas work there.
