If you want a lawyer that’s going to fight for, Michael Mitchell would not be a great choice. Went back and forth to court over a year to not gain any traction on my case, only to be left paying 1600 a month in child support, owing 50k in back child support, even after providing proof I had my child 4 years out of 6. Michael didn’t represent me he only ridiculed me for my actions of having a child out of wedlock. I only selected 1 star because I had too.
I was very nervous about filing bankruptcy but when it became my last and only option, Mr. Gentry and Katherine have been very sympathetic and helpful to me in my situation. Any question I had, they made sure it got answered.
