He was very courteous, respectful and understanding. Stay away! Hidden fees all over the place. Im the groom and they say free rental, minus an $8 cleaning fee.. okay fine! Originally i had only mentioned maybe 2 other ppl possibly renting here and they never put in a deposit so when i had my final count in minus the 2, i was charged $50 for canceling 2 ppl that never even put down a deposit. Then my dads shoe completely fell apart 3 hours in. Another groosmen button fell off and he had to sow it on 30 minutes before the ceremony. Great experience renting my tux for my wedding and buying my suit after. My groomsmen also had no issues at all with their tux fittings and rentals. They're very efficient with measurements and fittings. Overall a great spot for renting or buying suits and tuxes.
