Sydney was amazing! Best in Omaha!
I had a lovely experience. I went in to rent a tux for myself. The sizing didn't work out but I got a nice suit with alterations. The owner remembered my name when I went back in. It was an all around positive experience.
Sydney was amazing to work with!! Every time we came in there she was by herself and never made us feel rushed. We were picking up for a wedding. There were 8 men and she made sure all of them had what they needed and the fit was what each one wanted. 10/10 recommend Sydney!! She’s the best!!
We had an order for a suit for our wedding placed on 6/21 and we were told we could not pick it up any sooner than 8/30. We just showed up and they had a sign on the door saying they were closing early for Labor Day and wouldn’t be back for 4 days… we leave town tomorrow for our wedding and now we are left with no suit for the groom. No one tried to contact us to come in sooner. This is so upsetting and we highly encourage you to go elsewhere for your attire as this place is unprofessional and unreliable.
