I don't usually write reviews. However, I was so impressed with Gentle Touch today that I had to share. A big shout-out to Jenna! It was my first time visiting Gentle Touch(Bedford) and I was in need of a pedicure. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! The front staff was incredibly friendly and I was welcomed with a drink. I booked some services and things didn't go as planned. After speaking with the owner she was very lovely and made sure to rectify the situation immediately. Very professional and lovely person and I look forward to going back now.
I used 2 out of my 6 sessions and when I called to book an appointment, I was notified that my sessions expired after 1 year of purchase date. I was shocked that this piece of information was never disclosed to me at any point yet they will not honor what I paid for. Basically this company got over $700 for doing less then half the work I paid for. What a way to run a business. I definitely do not recommend a business that has zero concern for their customers and its ethically wrong on so many levels.

Highly recommend Gentle Touch and I have using their services for years. I was a downtown location girl but thankfully the Bedford location opened- so convenient! Eliana has been my technician ever since. Always a smile on her face, a warm welcome & top notch service (She deserves some praise!). I have never had a bad experience at any Gentle Touch 🩷
