We had an appointment scheduled for 1:45, but due to traffic caused by an accident, we arrived at 1:49. Upon arrival, we were told that the appointment had been canceled. This is completely unreasonable and shows very poor customer service. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude — if someone is having a bad day, they shouldn’t take it out on customers. This kind of attitude ruins the business and discourages people from returning.
Courtney is second to none! Every service is delivered flawlessly - always enjoy seeing an appointment with her pop up in my calendar.
I wanted to leave a review for this spa after now going multiple times and getting multiple different treatments to give you the most well rounded review possible. Firstly, I had a facial treatment with Courtney who was absolutely amazing and was the best facial I have ever had. I told Courtney about some other treatments that I was looking at having and she was very very honest with me in telling me what treatments would be good for my skin type and my skin concerns and what would not.
