I had an excellent experience with brenda. She was attentive, skilled, and created a very calming environment. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic, and she checked in to make sure the pressure was just right. I left feeling renewed and tension-free. Highly recommend!
Brenda is very gentle and thorough when it comes to lymphatic massage. I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and part of my recovery instructions from Dr Garlick of Draper, UT was to have lymphatic massage 1-2 times per week for at least 6 weeks. This helped my healing process and mental status after surgery. My swelling was greatly affected by these massages. She’s also amazing at regular massages as well! I’m still seeing Brenda on a regular basis for massages!
