Absolutely loved Gentle Recovery. The sauna and cold plunge left me feeling phenomenal. The space is immaculately clean, private and tranquil. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Melbourne!
I tried about 10 other infrared saunas around the inner South East. From high end spas to public pools. Gentle Recovery strikes the perfect balance between affordability and spacious, cleanliness and friendly staff. Parking isn't great during the week to give yourself a few extra minutes. *Edit: Parking is now excellent! Always spots available.
