Amazing experience, very hot sauna and very cold plunge! Feeling amazing after it, very welcoming and knowledgeable staff
Staff were friendly and helpful. The recovery pants worked like a gem.
Fantastic, great intro and welcome from Bran. Facilities are awesome and the infrared sauna and ice bath were something else.
Relaxing, private, easy! Lovely welcoming staff, I highly recommend. I’ll be back :)
