Have had my second appointment now and wished to share my part. I am a holistic/natural type person myself and have my own personal issues I brought up to my primary care doctor. They reccomended me to try this for a relief. Excellent job done both times now. I would very well recommend for those looking into acupucture and natural advice/insight. If you're wondering if acupuncture really works then rest assured you're not alone. After years of neck and shoulder pain that was dismissed by my 'doctor' I decided to give acupuncture a try. Patrick at Gentle Porcupine was not the first person I visited but he will be the last...I'm convinced he's the best. In the first five minutes he opened up the range of motion of my shoulder beyond anything possible since the original dislocation.
