This was not an experience that I was looking forward to quite honestly, but Annette was so great about answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable before hand. She worked with me to meet me just exactly where I was at from the first phone call right up through the end of the session. She was kind, gentle, and informative. I found the colonic itself to be helpful and would definitely recommend looking into this to see if it is right for you.
