Our Gentle Gian crew did a wonderful job moving our belongings. They showed up on time and moved our furniture both swiftly and carefully. I am thrilled with the service Gentle Giant provided.
From the start of our move to the end, everyone on the Gentle Giant team was professional, easy to communicate with, kind and pleasant. The team moved all of our furniture quickly and carefully, caused no damage whatsoever, and completed the job within the time frame and the cost estimate they had given me at the beginning. I recommend them highly!
These folks did a great job. We did most of the packing, but we had them pack paintings, mirrors, etc. Everything arrived undamaged. They were incredibly efficient, and careful - no walls or furniture were damaged at all. Perhaps most impressive, our driveway at the old house is very steep. They weren’t sure they’d be able to get the truck up, so they would have had to run up and down the steep driveway.
