Our move was accomplished yesterday by a four person team, headed by Zach. The crew was competent, efficient and courteous. They made quick work of the loading and unloading and took care to make sure that all furniture and items were placed where requested. Thank were a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with gentle giant. Peter at the Cambridge office was very thorough and communicative. He helped me to determine how many movers I’d need and made adjustments when I realized I had more stuff than originally thought. Ellis, Eli, and Avery were timely, friendly, and very efficient. They had me moved out of my ME apartment and into my new RI apartment within 5 hours. I will definitely use gentle giant again!

From start to finish - I was very satisfied with the local move service provided by Gentle Giant. Terrence was helpful and straightforward with scheduling and answering questions, while Jordan and Petros did a top notch effort on move day. Not a single item damaged or lost! Highly recommend Gentle Giant services for anyone looking for an efficient, carefully handled and cost effective move service.

Gentle Giant was referred to us by a friend. His positive experience was echoed with ours. The timeliness, professionalism and positive attitude were experienced all three days of our move. Both Patrick and Zach communicated throughout the process and made sure that everything went smoothly.
