I usually don't leave reviews, but Gentle Giant did such a fantastic job that I feel I must let others know. My items - including paintings and delicate items - were very carefully packed, arrived in good condition, and the movers for both the collection and the interstate delivery were completely professional, meticulous, and polite. Packing was extra good for delicate items. The delivery team was very courteous and patient with reassembling a complicated armoire. I recommend Gentle Giant emphatically.

All around great communication and cost transparency (I overestimated how much stuff I had and was quoted a price higher than what I ended up being charged, without any need to negotiate on my end). The three movers who came were more than just strongmen, but kind and professional. From Greg Cassidy who did our initial quote for our move out and storage, to Catherine Tracey who was so helpful with any billing questions and then orchestrating our move into our new place, and to the incredible teams that are the backbone of this wonderful moving company…I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to friends and family!! This whole organization delivers a superb service experience.
