This is an all-star company! We hired them at the strong recommendation of friends, and decided not even to get other bids because we wanted to make the move a smooth one. It was a very smooth move - the staff were great, and the movers were dedicated, careful, friendly and extremely responsive to our wishes. It could simply not have gone better. You can't go wrong with these folks.
My most recent move was my 3rd with Gentle Giant, and if I ever have to move again, I won't use anyone else. The 4-mover team was friendly, efficient, and eager to get things done right. They listened to concerns I had at the outset about a few fragile items, and took incredible care of everything. On several occasions, I overheard them communicating with one another about how to best transport items to avoid any damage (even minor wall scuffs).
