(giving 4 because I can't do 4.5) We used Gentle Giant for two interstate moves in just over 1 year. Hopefully, we don't have to move again so soon, but whenever/if we do move again, I would definitely use GG again. You have a dedicated move coordinator and ours (John) was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful. Our team on the NYC side this time were also great (the guys on the Boston end were also great btw!). Both crews that helped me (especially Stefan, Garfield and Joseph— they had to carry things down 4 NYC flights of stairs) were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. All of my items arrived in perfect condition and with a quick turn around.
