Gentle Giant did a great job on our cross country move. Our GG contact kept in touch during transit. The packing team was prompt and efficient. The unloading team was fantastic: arrived early and worked carefully and tirelessly, climbing the three flights of stairs in our new home when necessary. The white staircase walls were spotless. Kudos to unpackers Dusan, Stefan, Raymond, Sam, and Hanefi!
The crew members, Stephan. Chace, Garfield, Japheth and Han worked very hard, packed some challenging. heavy items and were always courteous. Forgot to take more photos!
Can’t say enough positive about these guys- Dusan, Chese, Yariel, and Brandon packed my apartment on day 1, and Dusan, Chese, Antonio, and Marvin packed up the truck on day 2. Every one of them was approachable, efficient, thorough, and took great care with my belongings. Wouldn’t change a thing if I was starting this process over. Highly recommend Gentle Giant and Dusan, Antonio, Marvin, Chese, Yariel, and Brandon!!
Stefan, Yariel and Brandon did an amazing job packing our two bedroom apartment. They were quick but careful and super friendly. It feels like money very well spent to make our move less stressful. We would highly recommend!
