I have used Gentle Giant for several moves since 2008 and every move exceeded expectations. But my move in April 2024 was extraordinary! I am a 70-yr old widow on my own and the crew went out of their way to accommodate me. I hadn’t packed properly because of a bad shoulder. I still had 2 weeks on my lease and thought I could move the unpacked items myself in separate trips, but they suggested we call in a packing crew (making sure that I understood it would cost more than my original estimate). Gentle Giant is always superb as was the move of my daughter yesterday from Hingham to Dorchester by Gentle Giant of Randolph. Everything from the booking to pre-move communication to payment was smooth, clear, and easy. Moved from Walpole to Quincy this past weekend and Gentle Giant made things so much easier! The movers were very friendly and super quick in loading and unloading their truck. I'll definitely move with Gentle Giant again, and I'd highly recommend them for your moving needs!
