Well... I hired their services when I decided to come to Canada. It wasn't bad, but they changed my case manager three times. I also provided my voice for one of their promotional videos, my life story of how I came to Canada. I was a very satisfied customer, but after a few years, when I wanted to contact them for a simple question or anything else, I couldn't reach anyone except through social media (I got an automated response), WhatsApp, or by email (I never got a response despite sending many emails), and I'm still wait... read more
