Tucker did an amazing job servicing my generator. He was very thorough and could have upsold me on a new battery but told me the one I had was holding a good charge and advised waiting another year. He changed out my rusted gas supply line too. I will definitely be signing up for an annual service with them. They were a little higher priced than a few competitors I called, but their promptness, professionalism, and knowledge is well-worth paying for.
Trying to find someone to do the 25 hour break-in valve adjustment was a real challenge post Beryl. Thankfully I got in contact with Aaron at GenTex and he was able to work us in to his schedule. The technician showed up at the front end of the estimated arrival window and was very polite as he quickly got to work and performed the valve adjustment. Nothing but professionalism from the initial call requesting a quote, to the onsite quote to the installation. I was kept informed every step of the way and the communication was top tier! After the installation I received a thorough explanation of how my new Generac worked and I am ready for the next power outage. I’m glad that I decided to go with this company and I’m definitely recommending them to family and friends that are in the market for a generator!
These guys were awesome from the beginning professional straight to work and super knowledgeable on generators ans on time thanks you guys and Aaron for taking care of us .
