Trying to find someone to do the 25 hour break-in valve adjustment was a real challenge post Beryl. Thankfully I got in contact with Aaron at GenTex and he was able to work us in to his schedule. The technician showed up at the front end of the estimated arrival window and was very polite as he quickly got to work and performed the valve adjustment. Gentex did a thorough job installing our new Generac generator. Jessie, their electrician gave a great tutorial demonstrating how the system works and how to maintain the generator. We are now ready for the next power outage.

Wow Gentex Elite! I’ve had two service calls in two years. Thanks for the awesome service provided by technician Austin. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my unit and fixed it in a timely manner.
