GenTex installed our generator and they did a excellent job. All of the guys were very professional and polite. They were very neat and vlean with their work area. A shout out to Aaron, Austin, Justin, Tucker and Robert. Also, Erica was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend GenTex if you ate searching for a generator for your home.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Austin, Tucker, Robert, Justin, and Verrel when they came out to install our whole home generator. Every one of them was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They even went above and beyond by fixing some wiring that our builder hadn’t done correctly. Trying to find someone to do the 25 hour break-in valve adjustment was a real challenge post Beryl. Thankfully I got in contact with Aaron at GenTex and he was able to work us in to his schedule. The technician showed up at the front end of the estimated arrival window and was very polite as he quickly got to work and performed the valve adjustment. We've had our generac for a little over a year. Needed service twice. First at 30 hours to do maintainance and once for a wifi malfunction. Both times they sent the same, very accomplished serviceman. Verrell did well both occasions. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
