Nothing but professionalism from the initial call requesting a quote, to the onsite quote to the installation. I was kept informed every step of the way and the communication was top tier! After the installation I received a thorough explanation of how my new Generac worked and I am ready for the next power outage. I’m glad that I decided to go with this company and I’m definitely recommending them to family and friends that are in the market for a generator!

GenTex installed our generator and they did a excellent job. All of the guys were very professional and polite. They were very neat and vlean with their work area. A shout out to Aaron, Austin, Justin, Tucker and Robert. Also, Erica was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend GenTex if you ate searching for a generator for your home.
Once again fantastic service from Aaron and the team at GenTex. Always satisfied and they go above and beyond the expectations everytime. My power has been out for 4 days. Centerpoint damaged my lines while servicing the neighbor a few weeks ago. Aaron came out personally and ensured me it was in fact a cut line, tested everything and made sure the generator was operating as intended. I was getting half the power I should have. Trying to find someone to do the 25 hour break-in valve adjustment was a real challenge post Beryl. Thankfully I got in contact with Aaron at GenTex and he was able to work us in to his schedule. The technician showed up at the front end of the estimated arrival window and was very polite as he quickly got to work and performed the valve adjustment.
