Very bad aftermarket service. Impossible to reach the office during business hours, even after leaving several messages. No emergency phone number either for emergency services regarding an expensive Generac generator bought at Gentech. Extremely frustrating.
Sorry please discard my review just made by mistake.
We 've bought a ID station system and they sell the supplies more then 10 times the price than sold elsewhere. The printer is coded and you cannot use any other identical supllies sold on amazon or somewhere else. I just thown this printer and bought another printer with cheaper supplies.
