I purchased Gensun outdoor cushions expecting premium quality and long-lasting durability, especially given the high price. Within a short time, the cushions began to deteriorate significantly — seams frayed, filling broke down, and the overall appearance became shabby. These were lightly used and kept in a protected outdoor space. I gotta get this company more than five stars.If I could. I didn't have too much of a good experience at first. But they have totally redeemed themselves. HAD a piece of my roofing, come off. And there's a guy taking care of it right now. I'm very impressed. This company for me is A one. SO THEY HAVE TOTALLY WON MY HEART. kudos. Right now, i'm just waiting for atlantic city electric to turn on my system. Having worked for solar city for years. I know how some companies could be. So i'm very happy right now. Bless you guys

I spent alot of money on a Gensun table and was told when I purchased it that it had a 15 year warranty. I was told this in the store which was their selling point and it convinced me to spend the $4,000 on the table. Unfortunately after 5 years it started to peel and discolor. I purchased it because of the quality and the 15 year warranty, when I tried to contact the manufacturer and emailed the owner Lisa, she said I should have called 2 years ago and told me the warranty was only 5 years. This company is a third party with Amazon I purchased outdoor sofa came very late to me and when I decided to retuned it there didn’t offer me shipping label the time Amazon customer service told me to ship it and bring the receipt to refund me the shipping cost so I did but Gensun denied and it sort me over same price of the sofa to ship it back to them if i been told that it’s not going to be refund id I would keep it instead of paying more than doubled to this the quality that is very weak and cheap
