I purchased Gensun outdoor cushions expecting premium quality and long-lasting durability, especially given the high price. Within a short time, the cushions began to deteriorate significantly — seams frayed, filling broke down, and the overall appearance became shabby. These were lightly used and kept in a protected outdoor space. For comparison, I have inexpensive cushions purchased years earlier from another brand that are still in mint condition despite the same exposure. I gotta get this company more than five stars.If I could. I didn't have too much of a good experience at first. But they have totally redeemed themselves. HAD a piece of my roofing, come off. And there's a guy taking care of it right now. I'm very impressed. This company for me is A one. SO THEY HAVE TOTALLY WON MY HEART. kudos. Right now, i'm just waiting for atlantic city electric to turn on my system. Having worked for solar city for years. I know how some companies could be. So i'm very happy right now. Bless you guys
I spent alot of money on a Gensun table and was told when I purchased it that it had a 15 year warranty. I was told this in the store which was their selling point and it convinced me to spend the $4,000 on the table. Unfortunately after 5 years it started to peel and discolor. I purchased it because of the quality and the 15 year warranty, when I tried to contact the manufacturer and emailed the owner Lisa, she said I should have called 2 years ago and told me the warranty was only 5 years.
