What a scam. Someone out of state fraudulently applied for an apartment in my name. They never even sold the debt to genesis yet somehow genesis debt management reported a derogatory remark on my credit report. Dropping my score nearly 100 points. I called, the jerk didn’t disclose after charging me ONE dollar to access my reports that he was signing me up for a $25 monthly subscription AND they hit my credit score AGAIN. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB too. Thanks for nothing Genesis, crooks.
Just began my journey to repairing my credit. I spoke with Chantal P. she made the process easy to understand and assisted me with a payment process that worked best for me. I called to pay off a debt from an apartment I owed and she provided insightful information on how to dispute the collection. I’ve gained access to there sight that keeps me in the loop of my dispute process as well as up to date information on my credit!
Best debt consolidation company in the Tampa area! I called and was able to enroll in their program right over the phone. I’m so thankful for their non-profit consumer credit counseling. It’s really helped me get out of debt!
