Steve was very helpful when I was desperately looking for a 3X4x 5 inch HVAC Wye for the venting system. He got the part right the first time. It was quick and easy. Offered him a cup of coffee and he politely declined. Highly recommend this store. Went to Ferguson first but they do not carry HVAC parts.

Kirkland location is great! The guys get your stuff right the first time! Doesn't matter if you go to Denzel, Rob, Marco or Steve they will take great care of you!

I had to run in as my usual supply houses were out of stock on some less common size duct fittings. I didn't have an account, they really don't like taking cash orders. Told him what I needed, and he rang me up. Never told me the total for the order. I assumed it would be similar. Turns out the items were twice as expensive as at Ferguson. I needed the parts, it's fine. But it was a surprise. I would recommend people at the counter tell cash customers the total prior to running their cards.
