My sister and I made Gen's our first stop today during our antique shopping day. The gentleman that waited on us was very helpful, funny and made me very happy we walked into the shop! I spotted the most beautiful egg and after finding out there was a percentage off the price, I had to buy an additional item. Love them both and will definitely recommend Gen's and I will be shopping there again
Eclectic collection of antiques, with an emphasis on larger pieces - tables, sideboards, mirrors - with less bric-a-brac. Some really interesting art and sculptural items displayed throughout two large rooms. Friendly staff and, at least on the day we went, some good deals.
My girlfriend and I stopped by to check on this big black dog wandering outside; little do I know it's Gen, the shop's namesake just hanging around. Relieved and already at the door we went ahead and took a look around thinking it would just be a lot of items from an abandoned storage unit or from some dead grandma's attic. It was a wonderland for anyone wanting anything retro AND functional along with just a lot of cool kitschy items.
