My experience at the Merrimack, NH Genrose was excellent. Working with Denise was a great experience. Her expertise was over and above making the selection process much easier.
Completely happy with the process of tile selection and the assistance from the team in Merrimack. Denise was great but while she was out her team was there to back her up.
So there is a sales rep there named Denise. I’ve never met someone so incompetent at their job. Genrose is a great company and their other locations are pretty good at their jobs so they got an extra star. Be prepared to tell this woman the same thing several times on different occasions and don’t be disappointed when she still gets it wrong.
