I had a great experience working with Genrose to choose a tile for my kitchen backsplash! Meghan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely nice to work with. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all—just focused on helping me find the right option. Highly recommend!
We were in the process of renovating our bathroom. Both Sonja and Bob were so helpful in listening to what we wanted and making recommendations. This is the third time we have purchased tile at Genrose Stone and Tile. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable sales reps as well as a large variety of tile to choose from.
Good selection of marble and quartz. Nino was great and helped me select a piece of quartz to match my tile. They created a custom piece for me with a quick turn-around and very reasonable price.
A easy, seamless experience at Genrose. My kitchen backsplash was the last thing I was ordering so I had an idea of what I wanted. The team was very easily able to direct me, gave me a sample of a few tiles and I made my choice. After ordering they called as soon as the tiles came in (and they ordering me a few choices on the pencil noting that I could pick when I saw it) and it was super easy to load up into my car at the back. Was looking for porcelain tile for a shower. Genrose and staff were very helpful with the process. The staff is professional and organized and go the extra mile. Great show room. Highly recommend!
