Went with them because they were highly advertised and recommended on a morning radio show. I listen to. they gave me a install date and never showed up and never informed me they weren’t showing up. Anyway, after about two months of excuses, I finally gave up on them.
Gen Pro came out to service my 22kw home generator…My technician was Jesus Mejia …he was on time, polite, professional and did a fantastic job of servicing my generator…he also set me up with a program twice a year that ensures my generator will be running properly…I highly recommend Gen Pro and my technician Jesus Mejia…well run company!
