My wife and I are very disappointed overall with the mortgage loan originator at the Monroe St. branch. We are looking to build our dream home and was excited to start the process. The initial meeting was set up and she missed the meeting. We've had a very difficult time getting in contact with her. It was 18 days since our last contact so we went with another lender.
Great bank and great staff. If you have any mortgage needs either refinance or new sale, call Marcus Newbern and he will put in in a mortgage to match your needs.
This is an amazing bank. The lead customer service representative Taylar Ault is very helpful, and respectful. I would recommend this bank to Everyone!
