My wife and I are very disappointed overall with the mortgage loan originator at the Monroe St. branch. We are looking to build our dream home and was excited to start the process. The initial meeting was set up and she missed the meeting. We've had a very difficult time getting in contact with her. It was 18 days since our last contact so we went with another lender.
