Working with Alyssa was awesome - big thanks to BNI Growth Partners for bringing us together. Loan applications aren't just me sitting across from someone filling out an online form to send to corporate in another state - they actually take the individual into account and work with people. Bank sent the title for a vehicle I purchased to the person who no longer owns said vehicle, instead of my bank - the new lien holder. Now I have to run around and make sure that I catch the seller, process the title work and then take it to my bank. The seller already came into my bank and singed a power of attorney to process the paperwork.
