We had an excellent experience with Genny. She was knowledgeable, made very helpful suggestions about the fabric options, did detailed measurements and was a pleasure to talk to. My new curtains were installed and are a perfect fit and the work was done very quickly.
Genny is the consummate professional. Her taste is impeccable, her suggestions are spot-on, and she takes real ownership of a project, ensuring everything is absolutely perfect. When a guest accidentally dismantled our false roman blind, she came over less than an hour later, climbed a ladder, and fixed it on the spot, ensuring we were ready for a planned photo shoot. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her!!!
Genny has been amazing right from the start. We were looking for window coverings for our home. She brought in samples and swatches. She offers suggestions on what would be best. Delivery and installation were smooth and well organized. Our Hunter Douglas blinds look amazing in all of our spaces! We love them. Thank Genny!
