I wouldn't recommend this business for anyone. I Almost lost the sale of my house, and the purchase of my new house, because of their incompetence! One day before closing the buyers title company is told my buyers can't close on time. Apparently, someone on their staff dropped the ball big time. They had no urgency to fix the problem, which caused the closing to be delayed two days. Nobody at the business seemed to be worried or upset that all of this was going on.
