Oh, I love this place so far! Our bank teller , Allison was amazing and we enjoyed coloring while she helped us through the process of opening an account. She double checked back with us a couple weeks later and when I called asking more questions, one of their gentleman , Van , was so sweet and answered everything with such patience and care. 👏👏👏🙏♥️
Chris was absolutely wonderful. She was super knowledgeable and helpful, making this the best banking experience I've had in a while. There is almost never a wait and the tellers are kind and friendly. I highly recommend Genisys Credit Union, and specifically the Marysville branch.
Very helpful and friendly atmosphere. They really care about helping you with any problems you may have. There for all your needs.
I go to fill out a loan application online and Allison recieves it. She makes me wait a whole entire day and tells me that i should hear something by the end of the day which i never did so then i had to call up there and someone else answered. Why even go through all of that if your just going to make people wait like that? Its unprofessional and rude.
