***PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE**.. I AM PAYING ON A CAR THAT IS TOTALLED OUT. Because I had a Genysis Auto Loan. I paid extra for their 'GAP INSURANCE' that did not cover the actual gap between the cars actual cash value and what i owed. And nobody there at Genysis knows anything about the 3rd party company they use on their own loans!!! Unbelievable!!
Update February 2026 - not pleased with the experience I had with a banker. She did not successfully set up things I specifically requested. And she didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my email inquiries. So then, I just worked with the Lakeville branch where they resolved the issues in a timely manner. Grace the loan officer, was very helpful throughout the loan approval process. She was responsive, answered all our questions, and made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend her.
